India is the country of origin of the classic meat meal known as shish Kebabs in Belconnen,. Typically, eggs, ginger, garlic, chana dal (Bengal gram), and spices like cardamom, cinnamon, red chili powder, and turmeric powder are combined with mutton or chicken to make these meat patties.


The filling that gives these patties their distinct flavor includes finely chopped onions, green chili peppers, coriander leaves, and hanging curd, which is made by straining yogurt through a muslin cloth. The patties are served after being deep-fried in hot oil till golden brown.



Donbalan Kabab-e

Iran is the home of the classic offal dish known as "kabab-e donbalan." Typically, ingredients for this kind of Pizza in Belconnen include lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, along with lamb testicles. After slicing the testicles lengthwise, combine them with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.


After marinating, the testicles are roasted over hot coals on both sides while being threaded onto skewers. They are basted with the marinade several times during cooking. After that, the testicles are topped with sumac and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Kabab-e donbalan is then served hot with pickled veggies and bread on the side.

Shakiki is a type of barbecued meat dish made with marinated beef steak cubes that are skewered and cooked until the flesh is juicy and tender. Ginger paste, garlic paste, grated papaya, turmeric, chilli powder, oil, tomato paste, lemon juice, and curry powder are typically included in the marinade.
